Job Description:
Entry level positions available on a fulltime basis. We are looking for candidates who have the natural ability to sell IT service products while meeting the service standards set by the company. The job holder is required to contribute to the generation of revenue and to service customers at the point of sale by providing a high quality, fast, efficient and friendly customer service. Their functions would include: Perform multiple functions simultaneously i.e.Tele-enquiry handling, Product knowledge management and Sales. Provide quality service via telephone to the customers, providing relevant information regarding products and services, fixing appointments for sales team, action requests for special services and handling general enquiries.
